Lynne Ann Paterson, ERYT-500, is a Holistic Health Coach and Therapeutic Yoga Instructor with an eclectic interest in all things metaphysical. As the owner/director of Prakasa Yoga & Wellness, she’s also a pragmatist, who brings a grounded sensibility to her work, inspiring clients to live happier, healthier lifestyles in accordance with their personal desires. Lynne is an outdoor enthusiast who, when not in the yoga studio, can be found in her organic garden, on a paddleboard or foraging in the woods. Lynne loves to share the meditative musings and intuitive insights gained from nature in her classes and courses, in poetry, and blogs.
