MSM: Why did you choose to partner with KIG?

SL: One of our top priorities when selecting an insurance partner was trust — who can we trust to be an ally and true extension of our business. Every step of the way KIG has been transparent, aligned with our goals and ultimately had our best interests at heart.

They continuously shop our account with about 10 different carriers to find the best coverage for the best possible price on all of our property and liability exposures. KIG immediately felt like the right fit. They focused on understanding our current and future business needs to help us create a scalable benefit structure. We’ve since worked to centralize all of our insurance needs to be managed by KIG. They are truly a one-stop-shop for everything insurance related.

MSM: What support do they provide you?

SL: KIG is available whenever we’ve needed them (seriously, I believe I got an email back on the Sunday of Memorial Day when an employee issue popped up). They treat our needs as their own and work with us to find the best solutions for Y7.
